Description: The CMI Vacuum Thermoforming Machine is designed to mass produce large formed pieces, up to 8 x 12 and a draw of 3 or more. The CMI can perform multiple tasks simultaneously, meaning it can heat one part while forming another using dual shuttles. There are numerous pneumatic clamps of various lengths to fit individual applications. The infrared heaters are able to heat materials to well over 450F and the vacuum pumps provide more than enough suction to form most thermoplastics.
